Founder and engineer
I’m co-founder and CTO of GetDynasty. Previously, I was Carta’s first employee and founding engineer, and later its platform architect.
Based in San Diego, California.
May 2013 — Jul 2019
I joined Carta as its first employee, back when it was called eShares. Much of my work involved the data model, including leading major refactors to support the company’s products and managing the risks of technical debt.
Reconciliation was another focus. I built checks for cap-table drift and potential errors, along with ACH payment reconciliation that connected directly to the bank.
carta.comI co-founded GetDynasty in 2022 and helped build its consumer product for trusts and estate planning. The work has extended beyond software to establishing a Nevada-licensed trust company.
